1. Accessories Checking
Check if all the accessories are in the package.
NOTE: If any accessories missing, please contact us to get support.
2.Printer Connection
NOTE: Ensure the printer is OFF. (I=ON; O=OFF)
- Ensure the printer is OFF before connection to avoid sparks.
- Connect the power cord tothe printer.
- Plug the other side into the socket.
- Turn on the printer.
3. Connecting a computer
NOTE: For computer with USB-C port only use the included USB-C to USB-A adapter.
If you set it up through your computer via USB. Connect the USB cable to the printer. Connect the other side to the computer.
NOTE: Please connect the printer to the same USB port every time to avoid creating duplicate copies of the printer
4. Label Loading
NOTE:Please ensure the paper is straight and Smooth to avoid paper jam.
- Press the lid button icon both sides
- Insert the paper.
- Adjust the paper guides.
NOTE: Every time you change the paper of other size, please calibrate.
5. Driver Installation and Print a sample label
Now the printer is ready, and you can continue to setup it on your computer(Windows or Mac).
